We CAN accept:

Vector .eps
.ai (Adobe Illustrator)
.fh (Freehand)
.pdf
high res (300dpi) tiff or jpeg

We CANNOT accept:

Word
Powerpoint
MS Paint
CAD
low res tiffs or jpegs
(a file taken from the internet is not acceptable)

When sending a vector file, please CONVERT ALL TYPE TO OUTLINES.

If you need us to match a PMS color, please include the PMS number on your file.
